We support government departments and local councils to address residential environments impacting health, safety, and community wellbeing.

Our approach is respectful, practical, and outcomes-focused, helping people remain safely housed while supporting compliance requirements.

What We Do

  • Free, flexible site inspections

  • Early intervention and resident engagement

  • Support with complex and sensitive situations

  • Coordinated home and yard clean-ups (1–14 days)

  • Collaboration with councils, social workers, and services including CHSP

Early Intervention

Where possible, we engage residents before enforcement is required by:

  • Making respectful initial contact

  • Offering practical solutions

  • Supporting voluntary action

We are also happy for councils to provide our details directly to residents to encourage early cooperation and better outcomes.

Complex Situations

Experienced in:

  • Hoarding and severe clutter

  • Environmental health risks

  • Vulnerable or isolated individuals

We take a non-judgemental, trauma-informed approach, focusing on trust and gradual progress.

Flexible Approaches That Works

Not all situations require rapid clean-ups. In some cases, we deliver staged support over time (e.g. 16-week engagement), allowing:

  • Reduced stress and trauma

  • Client involvement and decision-making

  • Greater accountability and long-term results

Clean-Ups & Compliance Support

We provide structured, risk-managed clean-ups, including:

  • Council-directed or compliance-based works

  • Properties requiring authorised access

  • Situations involving police or authorised personnel

All work is carried out with professionalism and discretion.

Safety & Compliance

  • White Card certified

  • Fully insured ($20M public liability)

  • WHS systems in place

  • SWMS & JSA completed for all works

Creating Safer Homes

We help improve:

  • Access and movement

  • Hygiene and living conditions

  • Safety for residents, services, and emergency access

When Urgent Support Is Needed

We can respond to high-risk situations, supporting both:

  • Immediate safety needs

  • Council and community outcomes
